Most clients don’t fully understand what they get for the fee they pay out of their plans. We wall want to be able to say we provide the best service for the lowest cost. The problem is, not only is this often not true, it is also not what clients only care about.

Based on the open and honest dialogue we’ve had with our participants at VPS, we know it’s not only about the individual services. It is also about our overall engagement and impact in the community. In fact, two of the top reasons identified for client satisfaction are: a clear line of communication;  and complete transparency on how the funds are being utilised for the betterment of the community.

Our clients choose use because they trust VPS to offer a no-judgement service, delivered the way they want. As a registered provider, VWe are sure to communicate on a regular basis the added value we plan to offer, including:

– Transport and Mobility Supports, in line with our participants’ enthusiasm to further engage in social and recreational activities.

– Research and Development on gaps on individualised services, aimed particularly at our adult participants.

– Tech Apps which would include a number of useful self-help tools for well-being, as well as a platform for open and welcomed feedback.

– A central location where our participants, and the greater community, can engage in day services, and also feel welcome to drop in at any time!

Our program participants are more than just paying clients- together we are business partners working on the long-term big picture: a more inclusive and connected society, As a registered provider, since the the 1st of July 2019, Victoria People Solutions has access to a higher price limit through a Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP). This loading will assist VPS to continue innovating and transforming the current market place into a more diverse and virant one. The TTP will be automatically added to the NDIS funds available to participants.
